ATEX EC Axial Fans
This range of compact axial fan is not only EC and ingress protected to IP68, but is ATEX certified making it suitable for use in potentially hazardous zone 2 rated equipment. The ATEX certified range gives confidence to users by encorporating a fully encapsulated motor and sparkproof components. The compact axial itself is constructed using ball bearings, increasing the lifespan of the product making it more cost effective.
The HEC1238HA is a high speed variant of the ATEX EC compact axial fan offering a maximum airflow of 196m3/h and low noise volumes of 45dB(A) at 3000rpm. The HEC’s were created with a commercial refrigeration application in mind. As environmental laws become stricter on pollutants affecting the ozone layer and global warming more and more companies are switching to Hydrocarbon refrigerants. The HEC’s can also be used in a wide range of applications such as control panels and enclosures.
The HEC range comes in 3 speeds, high, medium and low and comes in the industry standard size of 120x120x38mm.
