The Senior Pre-Sales Technical Support reports to the Technical Director and assumes direct responsibility for day-to-day technical operations and team management, removing these duties from the director's workload. They take full ownership of guiding and mentoring the 1st Line Technical Support team to build on the brand positioning of the company as being a centre of excellence in application and product technical in the UK fan and refrigeration industries, all while also managing their own pre-sales qualification and pipeline acceleration enquiries and associated activities. This role handles the operational execution and process diligence, that would otherwise fall to the Technical Director, with only high-level technical decisions and complex escalations requiring director involvement. This structure enables the Technical Director to focus exclusively on strategic priorities and long-term technical vision.
