Spiral Heaters & Pipe Heating Cables
Spiral Wrap Heaters are ideal for both straight and curved pipework offering efficient, uniform heat distribution for precise temperature control in critical and controlled applications with tight space. Spiral heaters are designed to suita variety of flexible or rigid small diameter pipes where oter silicone prodicts may not be suitable. These heaters are approproiate for use in application including fluid or gas delivery, semi conductor processes, frost protection, anti condensation and heat loss maintenance. The uses for spiral heaters are ever increasing for pipe heating applications requiring surface heating up to 200 degrees celsius.

Etched Foil
Etched Foil heaters have good resistance to the following; weather & ageing, fungus & bacteria, acetone, alcohol, formic acid, brake uid, acetic acid, greases, hydrochloric acid 10%, sulphuric acid 10%, waxes and plasticisers. In addition to this the heaters have adequate gas permeability and good steam resistance up 130°C or 2.5 bar respectively.
The Etched Foil construction provides excellent heat distribution and rapid heat-up capabilities, making it ideal for demanding applications like aerospace, medical devices, electronic enclosures and food service equipment.
Etched Foil heaters are suitable for customers who require higher quantities, as they have a lower unit cost in volume as a result of our more autonomous and advanced machining technology.

Wire Wound
Wire Wound heaters for a multitude of applications including industrial catering, battery warming, telecommunications, laboratory equipment, snow melting, anti condensation and GRP pipe curing systems. The uses for Wire Wound heaters are extensive as they can suit many applications requiring surface heating up to 250°C. Manufactured to customer specications they can be made in a wide range of shapes and sizes. Using robust materials and uniquely designed elements Wire Wound heaters are ideal for applications where high exibility and durability is required.
The Wire Wound option is perfect for applications where the heater may need to be moved or adjuste frequently, such as in pipe curing, industrial tanks, chemical storage drums and machine beds.
Wire Wound heaters can be more suitable for lower quantity requirements due to their hand-built construction. However, both constructions can be manufactured in high or low volumes. Each application is reviewed by our skilled Design and Engineering team who will advise on the best solution.
