Service Valves

Often referred to as an isolation valve, our FJ series service valve is designed to isolate a specific component from the rest of the circuit, while keeping the non-isolated refrigerant circulating through the system. Essential service and maintenance activities can be undertaken without disrupting the regular operation of the system, such as withdrawing or refilling the refrigerant charge.

Ensure Safe and Reliable Process Flows with Service Valves

Arguably one of the most important valves, service valves will be invaluable to service engineers who may utilise the valve to check for problems. Service valves are usually located either side of the compressor, allowing for temporary isolation of the compressor from the rest of the system without interrupting the correct functioning of the system. Engineers can perform several tasks with the service valve including removing refrigerant from an overcharged system, for adding new replacement refrigerants into the lines, to add additional refrigerant to top off loss due to a leak or to measure the refrigerant gas pressure in the system.

Versatilty with Refrigerants

FJ service valves are applicable with various refrigerants including R134a, R407c, R410a, R32, R404a and R290.

Ease of Maintenance

Dunan service valves are designed to isolate parts of the system, allowing for maintenance, pressure readings, and refrigerant management without disrupting the entire operation.

Designed to Offer Secure and Reliable performance in HVACR Systems

Dunan service valves offer durability and reliability, even in the most demanding conditions. They are designed to connect indoor and outdoor units, close or open the refrigerant circuit, and evacuate the refrigerant or charge refrigerant into split air conditioner systems.

Refrigeration Line Components Overview

FJ Series
